What data and why

When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, email address, your phone number if you give it, and your message. We only use this to answer your question or order (legitimate interest, or the performance of a contract if you order something).

Chat

If you use the chat in the bottom right, we keep your messages, the page where you started and, if you leave them, your name, email address or phone number. We use this to answer your question (legitimate interest). Answers may come from an AI assistant. For this, your messages are sent to Anthropic (United States), which as a processor only uses them to write an answer, with the EU standard contractual clauses as a safeguard. Do not share sensitive information in the chat.

The conversation is deleted after 90 days, your IP address after 30 days. If you leave your details, it becomes a regular enquiry (see below).

How long

We do not keep messages longer than necessary, at most two years after the last contact, unless the law requires a longer period (such as the seven-year tax retention period for invoices).

Who we share data with

The website and the form are technically managed by our web developer, who acts as a processor and only processes the data on our behalf. The servers are in the European Union or with parties that offer appropriate safeguards. We never sell your data.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Only technically necessary data is used to make the site work.

Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your data, and object to its processing. To do so, email mootje0318@gmail.com. We respond within four weeks. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
